Hi, I am looking to hire a freelancer who has experience in crowdfunding projects. Description of the project: We are looking to DESIGN and DEVELOP a donation-based platform, much like [login to view URL], but with some differences: - more attractive design - capability of specifying commissions for admin of the site - donors can choose to donate any amount they want - must include the same pages that [login to view URL] includes The main difference will be in design and that the site will not be completely free...but it will charge a small commission (just like [login to view URL] and [login to view URL]) The site needs to function exactly like [login to view URL] We will be using Paypal ADAPTIVE payments APIs Main skill requirements: 1. PHP / MySQL developer - easily extendable code complying with international naming conventions 2. HTML / CSS developer - Exp in HTML / CSS standards - W3C compliance - Compatibility with latest browsers 3.
