Clickonline small design tweaks

We are looking for a new navigation design for our current website www.clickonline.com. We are getting complaints that it is not easy to navigate and just need it to be clearer to the end user. As part of the project, any design tweaks that can be made to the fonts used trhough the site and any othere design input that can be given to sharpen the look of the site would be benificial.
