Dynamically manage the Table horizontal scroll bar

We are looking for a developer who can help us in a HTML table with following functionalities. 1. Sorting should be there,It should work if we add data dynamically. 2. Header and column data should not break in two lines and should not contain extra space. 3. Header should be static, it should not scroll(move above) while scrolling vertically . 4. if any table have horizontal scrollbar then vertical scroll should be visible without scrolling horizontally. 5. multiple browser support(IE8 and above,Chrome). 6. Table Performance should not compromise. 7. Easy to merge in JSP page. Less coding 8. Table should work,if we add data dynamically to table. 9. If width of outer div is greater than table width, In that case increase the width of last column of that table to make table and div width equal. 10. A page can contain two or more table, In that case everything should work properly. 11. Table should work if it contain some extra td with display none property. 12. Add/Delete/Clear the rows should work and should not disturb the UI.
