Fix the payment process on my wordpress e-commerce site

I need someone to come fix the payment process for my woocommerce wordpress site. I give the users the option of both Stripe and Paypal, but when the user tries to select one it just doesn't seem to work! I don't know if it's disabled or what but it shows the user the options but when they select one it just doesn't seem to work right and tells them to mail a check... I don't understand because I don't have the option for that enabled in woocommerce... The only thing I can think of is that there's another plugin causing a problem here but we've made no changes to the site and no updates since it was working... Please be ready to work as soon as bid is awarded because I need this fixed fast.
