Help with Blogger (Blogspot) Template

I need someone to help me set up a different/new template for Blogger. I just don't like their available themes! I want a template that is 3 columns. Capable for widgets. Please show me nice/happy looking/family oriented blog templates used for Blogger together with your proposed fees. And also how are we going to do this. I am utilizing the BLOGGER BETA. I know there are so many free blogger templates on the internet. I will ONLY PAY VIA PAYPAL (I am a verified member of Paypal for 6 years now!).
