I'm looking for a good freelancer with very good knowledge on xhtml, css and photoshop to cut out my design for me. I have a PSD file with 1 page of a new site design, which I need someone to cut into xhtml. I would like it to be good strict xhtml using css for layout rather than tables. Also a style css for the links .etc Just 1 psd file cut into 1 page of xhtml is needed. Please only enter a bid if you can speak FLUENT ENGLISH. Thanks.
