I need someone who is well versed with cpanel and whm -- 2

I need someone who is well versed with cpanel and whm. I need you to take backup of suspended cpanel accounts. After successful backup is completed of each account it has to be moved to /backups folder and that account has to be terminated. Termination is for that there is to make space in the server for more backups. There are about 200 cpanel accounts. You have to see that the backups are complete(means you have to see that none of the backups are partial/half backuped). The max budget for this project is 20USD in total. Please do not bid more than 20USD in total. We are a company running successfully from past 10 years. If this project is completed successfully more projects of similar kind will be given on daily basis.
