looking for someone that can create a c# or c++ program i want to create a software on where you can stream your game play/live events via screen recording or using a webcam. and then able to stream there content via ustream,twitch tv and other streaming sites. will give you more details later on in message. requirement: have experience in making window desktop have high skills in c# or c ++ and need some that can work extremely fast. payment terms: here is the payment terms i will pay half the cost of project when 70% is done and then the rest when done. will put half of the project payment in escrow but after 10 days from job start [login to view URL] you don't agree with payment terms then don't apply. my budget is up to 400 dollars if any bids are over amount there will just be ignored so don't apply.
