Need SEO Software developed - Social bookmarking, blog commenting, article posting, account creation(repost)(repost)(repost)

I need a desktop application developed. The desktop app will be for SEO purposes, and will feature the following: 1) Account Creation for the below (article, social bookmarking, blog commenting, video, pligg) 2) Article submission 3) Social Bookmarking 4) Blog Commenting (wordpress, moveable type, blogengine) 5) Video Submission 6) Pligg Submission 7) Blog harvesting 8) Spin-syntax capbability for all the above 9) RSS Feed Submission 10) Ping capability I need all the above to be automatic (with captcha entry by [login to view URL], [login to view URL], and [login to view URL]). I also need the app to be multi-threaded, and use proxies (to avoid IP banning). Please only bid, if you're familiar with what I'm talking about, and familiar with SEO (Search engine optimization).
