SEO work regarding TWO sites

I have listed below a few important points which need addressing: - The level of on-page optimization for a lot of targeted keywords is quite low, especially on the [login to view URL] site. I need someone to improve the level of on-page optimisation, by doing the following: -Change all the articles so as to include H1, H2 and H3 tags including the keyword for each article. -Edit all the images so at to include the keyword in about 2/3 of the images, for every article. This means in the title, image name and alt tag. I need this done in moderation. -natural internal linking. I need someone who can put 1/2 internal links on all of my articles and at least 1/2 external links. - I need someone to go through and bold all my keywords for each article. - I have too many different ads above the fold on my sites, so I have been told. I need someone to reposition the ads so they appear below the fold. On each article, I need the ads to appear naturally in the middle of each article. After every other paragraph. 3 in total. - A lot of articles on my site have duplicate content matches with other sites, so I have been informed. I need someone to replace all instances of duplicate content with original/unique content. - I need someone to be able to make my sites faster. In whatever way possible! They are really slow at the moment. - I also need someone to transfer my hosting from hostgator to a dedicated server, something like traffic planet or liquidweb. -I need someone to change the theme and make a couple small alterations to the site. -I need someone to clean up the plugins on my site. I only want the ones I need and ones that will not affect the speed of my site. Basically, the essentials and the ones that make my job easier. I know this sounds like ALOT. I recently bought these sites, a bit naively, and have fallen sick also. I just haven't got the time to fix them and am quite new to all this. I have been doing offline businesses for a long time. Heard about the whole internet marketing space, researched and plunged in. Maybe a bit too early. Bought the sites [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] for $24k. A bit much i know. I have spent most of my money on these sites and can spend a little bit more, if an expert can fix all the things listed above.
