Create a new website with blog in multiple phases

A client of mine is expanding her business and I've convinced her to redesign her websites as one of her first marketing projects. She's located in San Jose, CA. Her business started as a french translation and lessons business. Recently she expanded and added spanish to her services. In the next six months she will be adding Italian and Cantonese. So we are looking for someone to design the website in phases. **Part 1 is redesign of her current websites: [login to view URL] and FrenchConnectionCA.com.** I need for her website to have a blog on it that she can access. Part 2 will be translating the **website into Spanish** (roughly January 2011) - Client will provide Spanish content. Part 3 - translating the website into Italian, Cantonese, etc (roughly April 2011) - Client will provide Italian & Cantonese content. **It is important for us to find someone who can redesign the website with the idea that it will be expanding over the course of 3 - 6 - 12 months.** It is also important that the person be very **familiar with SEO practices.** I will be working with the website designer, but they need to be familiar with practices. **We are looking at having the website completed at the end of November, beginning of December. I am looking at selecting the best quality designer at the best price and will be making my selection by November 16, 2010. ** my client has two URLs: [login to view URL] & FrenchConnectionCa.com. I am going to be working with the web designer to create the best possible website. I am a marketing consultant. I'm hoping this goes well because I have another website that needs redesigned in December as well.
