Produce a template for MS SSRS 2008 (SQL Server Reporting Services) based on a style-guide file

I have a style guide file that outlines a design that needs to be implemented into a template for MS SSRS 2008 (SQL Server Reporting Services). The final output will be a .rdl file that can be used in Visual Studio to export the report. The report needs to be able to be exported as a PDF and DOCX file. The style guide contains a header with logo and meta data; a footer with meta data, heading styles for all headings, table styles, a background image in the report, and graphical styles for 2 chart types (bar chart and diamond that are produced from the database. There is a deadline that the file needs to be delivered by which is the 8th April. Attached is a rough draft version of the style guide, but it is not complete as yet.
