Niche websites, adsense ready, need professionals

I am in need of four (4) adsense READY websites/blogs to be developed. I am looking to make between 2 and 5+ dollars per day each. Budget is small, so the lowest bidder(s) will get accepted. You will be responsible for providing the SEO optimized content. Configuring and updating the website(s) until the agreed-upon deadline, will be your responsibility. Website(s) should be developed in PHP/WordPress (WP preffered), optimized for FAST loading. GUIDELINES - Provide your plan + lead generating strategy BEFORE the project is started; - Upon agreeing on the content, you will recommend a suitable name range for the domain(s); - You will have to choose/recommend the Advertising affiliates for obtaining the revenue; - Site(s) should contain unique content, with a recommended 20-30 posts/articles that haven't been published(or provide content re-edited from less-popular locations); - The posts/articles will not be less than 300 words, in regard to format, grammar and punctuation; - Site(s) must be original and developed SEO-wisely; - Google friendly techniques for the SEM; - Desired stream of income between 2 and 5+ dollars per day; - The choice of page keywords/topic(s) is up to you EXCEPT - Adult, Pharmaceutical, Violence, Gambling & any other unacceptable sites by the Google Adsense policy; - Must contain related images to the suggested topic; - All copyrights will be assigned to me in writing; - Design(s) should be appealing; - Unique organic traffic (no bots or traffic buy sites); - Must be optimized for Adsense; - You may use your own hosting, or upload directly to one of my subdomains. I will pay the full amount only after I see constant revenue from the chosen advertising affiliates. No partial payments due until functionality is confirmed & income verified. When deadline is reached, you will be paid in full. To be considered please: - Clearly state how you will produce traffic to the site (provide a report); - Show me some of your previous work. Example - website/blogs that you already created; - Provide links for your previous created websites; - Must have moderate skills for English writing; - Specify how you will direct and plan to further generate traffic to the site(s); - A positive review on your Freelancer profile is desired, but not necessary; - A target of 40-60% tier 1 & 2 traffic is desired (provide the strategy); - Minimum potential of the website is 2$/day, with variations for 5-10$ accepted, any methods allowed (as long as they are stated in the PM); - For any other offers, contact me via PM; - If you have the skills to deliver the project, do not hesitate to contact me, you may be diverted to a different project. If the job is done well and I am satisfied, I will surely have more work for you.
