Looking to get a simple online bookingsystem for companys who are in the service market.
Booking system should be able to hold a certain amount of staff´s and they all should have own logins , they shall also be able to see how theire associates have the day/week/month booked and planned and only be able to change for eachother if admin is assigned to staff otherwise a more simple log in for them.
Possibility to connect a payment system direct to the bookingsystem so customers can pay upon booking...VISA/MASTERCARD/PAYPAL
We want possibility to change the "skin" inside a admin menu so we can customize booking system for diffrent clients , also posibility to change cathegorys, price and a good calender function with sms reminder both ways, to staff and to customer..possibility to choose this option on or off.
Then we come to the APP for android and iphone.
The idea is to offer the app for every customer that are interested of a certain service near them in theire city.
They open the app and choose what they are interested in, for ex hairdresser...the app shows for ex its 20 diffrent companys in the 2000m arean avaible for either drop in or booked appointment, hairdresser with drop in / fast acsess booking can have a special colour for ex blue , and appointments only for ex purple. Customer can choose salong and see which times are avaible, customer choose a time and press book , app send customers name and telephone number to salong and they can reply with sms to customerif there are any problem otherwise the time is booked.
There should also be a connetion/GEO tool so the app can guide customer to the correct adress.
We also want a admin menu for the app so we can decide what should be displayed when customer choose category and also be able to change skin and category and so on.
If its possible for the companys to send out small ads and commercial in the admin menu we can also have this service,,they reach out with offers for every client using the app..they choose to get a invoice every 30 days for the added commercial they put out in the app.
So both booking system and app fully adjustable by us in admin menu
