I am looking for someone to build an excel model that calculates IRR and MOIC (multiple of invested capital) for 35 Preferred Members (investors). Attached is the legal language of how the waterfall flows. I need an IRR and MOIC for each investor by Series. There are four Series - A, B, C and D.
The model should include fields that can be input for Purchase Price, Debt, Broker Fee, Legal & Professional Fees, etc. (see top of spreadsheet attached).
The model should show returns for Preferred Members as well as distributions to Management Members (Founders) and Common Members (Partners).
