need an accountant to update existing financial projections, who is experienced in 5 year financial projections for a resort

Accountant should evaluate in the financials .

· The internal rate of return calculation

· The net present value of the Business calculation

· The ROI the return on the Investment calculation or called ROIC

· The pay payback calculation in terms of years back to private equity .

· Financials leading to 5 year projection .

· Overall sale of each property / Chalet .

· Any lending costs incurred in terms of Interest rate accumulated on any borrowed earnings .

· Share holders equity ratio - an equity share of around 25 % .

· The overall project cost from stages 1 to 3 .

· Gross Income of the project in projections of poor to medium to best case scenario .

· Profit and loss statement .

* We also need to do a worst case scenario analysis

· If the ROI is poor what measures would be put into place for shareholders to protect their investment ?

· What in the event of a force Majure takes place in terms of the geographical location of the construction ?

· Is there a dilution of Equity to protect their investment in the main entity structure who hold the funds in place for the construction of the Build ?

· Is there key man clauses in place to protect Investors such as Building Insurance .
