Setup Amazon Shopify Sales Channel

I need help with completing the setting up the Shopify Amazon Sales Channel.
I have created an active Amazon Seller Account. I have connected Shopify to the Amazon Pro Seller Account and set the currency etc. However, I am confused on how to create/upload the product list and complete the setup. When I tried to follow the Amazon instructions, I can not find the correct category nor can I set up the correct product ID as they are all unique products that do not have manufactures as we are the manufacture. we offer fresh bulk flowers that don't have International Product ID etc. I need someone to complete the setup and on-boarding process so our products can be listed on Amazon through my Shopify store.
