We are looking for a fast skilled android developer to work on a data collection tool for our field agents. The app should have the ability to enter data even when offline, and data synchronized when internet is available to the online database. The developer should be very fast, and provide clean code. APIs should be in PHP Laravel framework, and app should be native, developed using Java, android studio. Developer should know Github, because the app will involve some collaboration with other developers, meaning code must be pushed to Github on daily basis, to allow other developers access it. UI is available design is available. Only bid if you are ready to start work immediately, and our budget is strictly $200, and app should be done in maximum two weeks, because its basically data entry, not complex app.
