I will develop the rest of the app so basically I just need the barebones and help for push notifications in ionic. If you have a really low price and excellent profile I may award you for the full project: an app that warns about vulcan activity, based on keywords from a facebook feed, so tell me your bid for that app too (max $100). What I need is to start an app that get's push notifications when I trigger an action from a PHP cronjob, the push notifications is received by everyone that uses the app so it's very simple.
