Hi, I can develop this application for you. Let me show for u my develop plan: 1. For detection connect or disconnect of wifi will be used android BradcastRecievers. They will accept any action of wifi connect/disconnect. 2. For sounds will be used android notification engine, it can play any music, make vibrations etc. I hope you accept my proposal.
