406328 Virtuemart Shop configuration

We are looking for an experienced programmer to quickly finalise a Joomla/Virtumarte installation for a simple ecommerce shop. We are having trouble with the Virtuemart config for shipping amounts, basically we have the postage costs working for the UK but need the EU and Worldwide settings configuring correctly, most of the setups done but it doesn't work. We could also do with the site being checked over by an expert! The shop pages also need laying out in a more organised fashion perhaps with a new template we are hoping an experienced programmer will be able to recommend something.
