*Data Logger* Hi Dear, I can do your this work. I can provide you a datalogging system where microcontroller can log the data in SPIFFS file system even in the absence of internet and local network. "DATA LOGGER" Sample rate is no issue getting the values from the sensors is OK, now to pass the information over a network. It surely can be done. There would be a software on the other side to receive this information. If excel it would be a csv file. Also the working temperature of the MCU is max 85°C, unless there is a cooling system in place for the MCU and its peripheral components, its gonna be unreliable at 90°C. Since this project is in Singapore it would be easier for us to discuss.

I have many ideas to perform this task so I can give you many options. We can use Thingspeak for uploading data to Cloud or store CSV (Excel File) on an SD card too.
