Writing and Spinning Article

I need a writer who can produce consistent work (whether it be one article or 5 articles a week - but it needs to be consistent and I have a lot of work on offer). The writer needs to have good English. I want him/her to write a 500 word article. Then rewrite each sentence 3 times (4 sentence variations in all). And then do manual Word/Phrase spinning on the whole article. The resulting word count will be about 2 3,000 words or more - it's not 500 because you need to rewrite each sentence 3 times then do Word/Phrase spinning manually, so it comes up to about 3,000 words or more. The whole article needs to be done well with little grammatical mistakes. For each article, I am willing to pay $8 initially then slowly increase if the person is consistent. I'm looking for a few good writers for the long term - ongoing for months if not years. I would want a few articles a week up to one daily - it depends on what the person can give.
