Write some Articles

We are looking for a skilled article writer that can write articles related to our niche which is HVAC. Our company sells HVAC products via ecommerce. Articles can also be written in related topics that can mention our site such as energy savings, technology, current news etc. Below are some guidelines for the content: -Naturally written and use an educational based approach towards our products and service. Preferred but not required. -High quality, well researched and engaging for potential prospects. -We do not want the articles to be to self promoting. -Articles must be written in a way that engages the readers to want to visit our site and create interest in our store. -Include a contextual link back to our site from within the text. Not on signatures or at the bottom of the article. The writer has full editorial control over the articles published as long as it does not portray our products, service or company in a negative way. We do not want to target any specific keywords and the writer has full control over the anchor text used. Branded keywords to our company name or naked URL's will work fine or even generic anchor text like click here for example. The content does not have to be 100% related to HVAC if they articles are posted on authority site, brand mentions will work for those as well. The second part of the project will be the content promotion. We want the articles to be posted on authority site that either the writer is already a contributor for or has the ability to get the articles posted on the site. The articles must the on the main site and not user generated sections that anyone can register to write the post. Below are the criteria for the authority of the domains. -Domain must have a page rank of 5 or higher. -Page authority and domain authority of homepage must be 50 or higher. -Examples of authority news sites include sites such as Huffington Post, CNN, Yahoo News, Washington Post, The Guardian etc. -Niche related authority sites such as This Old House, DIY Network, Better Homes and Gardens, HGTV etc. If you write articles related to our niche already and have existing articles written on pages that fit the above requirement for authority, we will accept the inclusion of our site as a resource if you are willing to update the article and revise it. This would mean that a link back to us would have to be included in a contextual way on the revised article or it can be a referred resource link. The minimum PR of the actual page would have to be a PR 2 or higher for it to be accepted, not the PR of the domain. The project will be paid per article written. The price would be $50-100 depending on the authority of the domain and the type of article that is written. I will pay less for less authoritative domains, please send samples of the type of work you are currently delivering. The articles can be resource guides, buying guides, informational and educational articles for example. All forms of content are accepted. We prefer US based writers or native English speakers but not required if you can meet the other requirements. Please contact me if you have any questions or would like additional information.
