Graphic: Swelled Rules for Book

I would like to be able to include "swelled rules" as a decorative element in book design. The ide is that these's a decorative line on either side of a chapter heading, which is about 2 pt. wide on one side and tapers smoothly to a point on the other sie, about 2 and 3/4 inches away. Sometimes you see swelled rules in old books and it would make a great Quark plug-in, but for now an image will do. Could do just one as a TIFF and I can flip it to get the mirror image. It should be sort of rounded at the wide part, and taper very smoothly, not getting skinny too fast. I'm not a designer so figure on going back and forth a little on this--might be best to make it rather larger than requested, but it will need to reduce to mimic a 2 pt. line tapering to hairline point. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables): a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Mac only. I'm working in Quark 5 and will need a TIFF.
