User store records linked to active directory

Users will upload a form that contains the following info: - Name of User 1 - Administrator (from Active Directory) - Description. - Branch name - From 1 to 10 documents in PDF format. - Initial date - Final date. - Status. - User 1 - Internal (From AD) - User 2 - External (From AD) - User 3 - In charge (From AD) Administrator users will be able to Add / Delete / Change records Manager users Can Change and delete records Internal users can can change records. External users can see records. - Export info to excel and PDF. Status values are: - Live - Next to renew (within next 30 days) - Over due (After final day) - Filed, over fue with more than 30 days - Need sort and search capabilities. - Need a daily and automatic email to know a report of those next to renew and over due. - Need a daily email, one each user, to send a reminder if a document is next to renew within 30 days. - Need a daily email, one each user, to send a reminder if a document is next to renew within 15 days. - Need a daily email, one each user, to send a reminder if a document is next to renew within 5 days. - Need a daily email, one each user, to send a reminder if a document is next to renew within 1 days. - Need a daily email, one each user, to send a reminder if a document is over due for 1 day - Need a daily email, one each user, to send a reminder if a document is over due for 5 day - Need a daily email, one each user, to send a reminder if a document is over due for 15 day - Need a daily email, one each user, to send a reminder if a document is over due for 30 day Please send PM if you need further information.
