extract demographic info from website

Want to be able to extract home information from an website access or mssql server database. Script must allow input parameters to be adjusted from the access database. The following is a list of possible fields to search by: COUNTY: TAX ID NUMBER: SUB DIVISION: STARTING STREET NUMBER: ENDING STREET NUMBER: STREET DIRECTION: STREET NAME: STREET TYPE: detail of results should include up to 25 fields captured and stored in the database.
