To fix 2 IP phones with DynDNS

Inputs:
2 IP phone numbers 04...321 and 04....322 from the pool of 100 PRI numbers are situated in 2 shops in where there are Mikrotiks.
Head office with PBX (based on Asterisk) managing these numbers and his Miktorik too is in 3rd location of the same city. VPN tunnel is (was) set up and working between head office and those 2 shops.
There is own paid account of DynDNS, but not yet used for IP phones.
Problem:
Every time VPN tunnel of 2 IP phones are configured well to work, they are stopping to work after 1-2 weeks. Most probably, because of dynamic IP address. Need to fix this issue 1 time and forever for both shops.
