Need Specific Telephony System

We have a client that uses an open source system type CRM system.

What happens currently is:

A prospect will fill out something on one of our client's websites, then:

We get an email with the detailed information

We THEN:

Call the prospect to acknowledge their contact with us and to get the prospect to give us more information to complete an assessment of some kind. We make up to 5 attempts to call them, including the first call (whenever it comes in). Total calls should 1 or 2 morning calls, 1 or 2 afternoon calls and 2 evening calls. If we don't reach the prospect by 5th attempt, we leave more detail information hopefully to a voicemail.

What I would like to see is this:

When someone submits their information on the website, this would trigger a "click to dial" and connect both the agent and the prospect who filled out the information on the site, to that prospects phone number (as entered on the site). That's the easy part. What I would like to see from here is the information from the form filled out, populate on the agent's screen (assuming the agent is logged into the system), so that the agent is ready for the call.

If we reach the prospect and are able to do the full application - great. If we reach the prospect and they haven't time to do the full application, we need to set the system to call this prospect back at a specified date and time. Of course, when this happens, the agent this goes to (whoever is logged on) would get this info populate on their screen along with any information from the previous agent. Once an application has been fully done, we would need a disposition to note "Application Approval Stage". This would then be removed from the telephony system.

Should the strange thing of the prospect deciding they are not interested in the process, agent needs ability to disposition, as such.

If the system calls the agent and prospect after they hit submit on the website and either gets no answer after 5 rings, gets a voicemail or gets a busy signal, the system records this disposition and will call the prospect the next day at one of the DIFFERENT time periods - of course, this again would populate on the agent's screen. Process would continue in this fashion up until 5 attempts have been reached. On the 5th attempt, the system would actually redial a 6th attempt that would leave a message directly in the prospects voicemail.

For Not In Service numbers or something like this, it would be dispositioned as such with no further calls.

All calls MUST be recorded and easy to access.

One last thing. This program may go on for numerous clients and hence, each client must have their own database, etc built

We must be able to download reports such as call reports (amount of calls made for EACH client - separate reports, Lead reports of applications taken PER CLIENT). Reports need to be in CSV or Excel format or something like this.

Initially, there may only be a couple of clients, but this could escalate to 50+ or more...Please keep in mind.

We can work this as a separate system, but would also look at working with our open source CRM system - to autoupdate it.

ONE VERY IMPORTANT NOTE: ALL AGENTS AR VIRTUAL and are working from HOME!!!!!!

Would like to know how much to set this up, the costs of using the system (per minute, etc), any minimums or any other costs we may incur.

FYI - Would prefer NOT to use Vicidial - ALSO NO PER SEAT RATES - TOO MANY VARIABLES FOR THIS AT THIS POINT!!!!!
