we looking for IM (instant messenger). I you have made already, SEND DEMO or URL from ADMIN (so we can see all)

There should be way to restrict user to communicate when we don't want them to chat.
We are NOT require to open the interface of chat to see new user login like msn its messenger in a pop up it show new user from adress book logged in.
The should be an option for voice chat
We need full controlof admin for person chat - only those user will be permitted to whom admin gives permission to chat.
If you have already made like above (not different!) than send us 'demo'
