Hello,
I represent a client that is trying to get architectural drawings created for a restaurant remodel. We are looking for someone who is familiar with State of Pennsylvania Building code requirements and ADA requirements. Someone who can make the necessary drawings so we can get building permits.
Attached is our preliminary floor plan layout. We realize you will likely need more input from us, like where the existing electrical box is, etc. We are just trying to find someone qualified to generate these drawings, again, compliant with State of Pennsylvania Building code requirements and ADA requirements. If you are qualified, then please reply with your rates and availability. We would like to find a qualified candidate by February 4th.
