Floor plan for admin building in 3rd world country

I am looking for a floor plan to house administration for an orphanage ministry in Honduras. The exterior walls will be constructed of concrete block and the interior will have metal studs and Sheetrock. The ceiling will be a drop ceiling and roof will be metal sheeting. I would prefer everything to be on one floor if possible. At this point I need to look at some floorplans that incorporate the following:

Admin Building:

Reception Secretary: All offices should be behind reception. Must have a definite wow factor. I envision glass, and mirrors and a modern feel.

Executive Office 1: Should be L shaped with storage. Need room for desk, sofa, small fridge,

Executive Office 2: Should be basically the same as Office 1

Office 3: This space is for interns and work staff and will need to offer desk space for up to three people to work simultaneously.

Green Room – A basic green room for audio/video production

Men’s Restroom – Two stalls and two urinals

Ladies Restroom – Three to four stalls. I would like this to be roomy and have somewhat of a wow factor.

Classroom: Needs to seat 20-30

Boardroom: Room for table, chairs, minifridge, etc..

Lobby/Sitting area – spacious, modern, welcoming

Coffee/Kitchen – Coffee shop with seating in the adjacent lobby

Storage Closet

Possibly Large exterior deck prior to entrance.

I am willing to take this beyond the floorplan once we have worked out the details.
