Minimum requirements: • Drawings must be made on drawing sheets with title fields: Architect floor plans for all floors. In scale 1: 100 with targeted axis system. Room number, room name and areas. Facades, north, south, east and west. Without axes, Levels and section markings for architect model. Minimum two, maximum four cuts per model. A detail on a scale of 1: 5 in the architect model. RIB model with "Cover over" shape (formwork) drawings with concrete walls and concrete floors o o o o o o • Schedules must be created for the following items: The schedules must be sorted by floor, for door and window also sort by Family and type. o Doors o Windows o Room A Material Takeoff table must be made for walls with volumes for all materials. Sun and shadow analysis will be produced for the summer solstice - 21.06 at 0900, 1200, 1500 and 1800 (delivered as four pictures on a separate drawing sheet). 2 external perspectives must be created which must be rendered in quality requirements medium and delivered as pictures on a separate drawing for this. The models must be compiled in Navisworks Manage. A collision check will be run in Navisworks. Collision Wall-to-wall.
