Hello all,

Our company recently purchased a domain. We subsequently setup email for this domain. Google Apps happens to be the email service that we used. We have only setup a ~6 email accounts and we have just used the email accounts for typical corporate usage. We have never sent out any email marketing.

However, we have several reported cases of our emails from our new email accounts for our new domain going to recipients spam mail folders.

* We have worked with Google support to ensure all settings are completely correct - SPF, DKIM, etc.

* We have a simple website setup for the domain.

* Our domain is not listed on any blacklists

* The domain reputation services report that the domain is new with a neutral reputation as expected

* The domain was previously owned by someone else

* An interesting fact - putting the text "[url removed, login to view]" in an email composed and sent via a separate email account (e.g. a personal gmail account),

We did highlight bulk / email marketing as skills. However, this is only because the topics may attract similar skill sets. We have never done any email marketing ourselves.

To be more specific, we are interested in consulting services from someone that can:
* identify what is causing our regular emails to go to spam folders
* support in executing the actions needed to ensure that our emails are no longer flagged as spam
* confirm that these actions successfully addressed the issue

Note: only some recipients will receive our emails in their spam folders
