COM Add-ins in FrontPage 2003

OK, I am looking for a basic com add-in for Frontpage 2003 designed in Visual Basic, C++ or any other language that can created com components. What I need the add in to do is to display a pop up image on mouseover of a link. Much like at description caption when you mouse over a link except to display a image rather then text. Requirements: -Must be fully intergradeable to Frontpage 2003 as a add in. -must be able to choose the image display size in either pixels or percent -image must resize to specific size set for popup -script must handle unlimited amount of functions within one html page For an almost perfect example of what I need see [login to view URL] by Jimco Software. It is exactly what I need except I need the option of displaying the image on mouse over not when link it clicked. **Priority will be given to those with previous experience. Payment for project will be paid in full after program is designed and verified working.
