FTP Backup Software

Ftp backup software needed which will allow a user to select files from his computer for upload to an ftp server. Software must provide scheduling feature so that backup can occur on a regular schedule. All files must be encrypted and compressed before upload. Software must provide easy access to the backed up files for easy download of files, perhaps an explorer like interface where user can select files for download. User must be able to create different backup sets which will have their own schedule scheme. Full copyright ownership of software required so that I can brand it with my company logo. Source code must be provided at the completion of the project. The right programmer for this project should have experience building bug free software. Please provide demos of previous windows application you have worked on.
