I have attached an encrypted file that I generated on a hard drive that has just
completely physically died It will not spin up. This encrypted file was stored off site along with others I now need to decrypt. I know the password for this file to be decrypted I just cannot remember which file encryption program I used.
I do remember the following about the program, I seem to recall the icon for the program
was a few squares clumped together in (I think colors were ) red, blue, yellow
I have spent a full week looking for it and can't find it.
I have also found out that generally .sec files are pgp encoded but i see symantec has all
that fairly well tied up and it wasn't one of their products, I believe it was shareware
or outright freeware.
If you take the contract and know the product I Need to get back or you think you can create some new program i can use to decode this file I will send you the password and you will return the decoded file and the name of the software I forgot so I can get it back again... It will help if you know what the files is..
it was a .dat file originally BACKED from a "digitAL WALLET.. used for storing "digital
coins, in the case of the file on the project terracoins"
I then encoded with my missing encoding software i described in this
project and stored the encoded file on dropbox..
All of the work was done 4 months ago on a win 7 64 bit dscktop machine
there are lots of terracoin wallets around the one I got was from here from here

the .dat file is part of the blockchain for terracoin...
it will show all of my old transactions
There are no coins in it.
I do however need to decode others
