Need to Replace 3 buttons with Rotary encoder in ESP 12 Code

I have a working Temperature controller code for esp8266/12 that I am using 3 push buttons. 1)Power on/off 2)Temperature + 3)Temperature _ I want to use Rotary encoder. 1)When I push middle button it should turn on/off 2)When I rotate right it should increase temperature. 3) When I rotate Left it should decrease temperature. I am looking for someone to complete the task above as soon as possible. Please contact me if you are 100% sure you will do it . Thansk
