I am planing to start a community web based radio. I need a IT professional to help me with this project at a minimal cost. The IT person should design the radio main web page and set up the programming for enabling us to play 24 web streaming. It's also important to have a separate channel allowing us to stop web streaming and upload prerecorded programs and sometimes enable us to go online when required. It should allow us to schedule the day or the full week including radio jingles and advertisements to be played as required. The program should be very simple as I am not a very technical guy, I can do radio programs very poor in technical part. Please bear it mind this is a community project and I would like you to offer the lowest quote. Thank you Saman
