showing error in c# app

i am encountered an error in c# app , which adds a new row to google spreadsheet . its adding some illegal letters "&0$#" in the beginning of each value which is to be added in row , so it says illegal xml character set . someone who is experienced in converting utf-8 encoding to xml character set , its just 10 mins work . so only experienced people bid on this . immediately ready to start .
