Simple CAD Drawing of Washer

Is the texture hexagon shaped? I have Solidworks and can save CAD data in STL file. Will that work?

Hello, this is really a straightforward task. The only thing I need to know is the thickness of the pattern (I guess something like 1mm).

will need thickness of middle part of honeycomb. and the scale required. or do you need the washer to be flat and just the surface to look like honeycomb?
