This project consists in creating the manufacturing environment and the assembly chain process to mount a ball bearing and a circlips on a shaft. The parts to mount are quite simple (given in the files). You can use whatever tools you want (robots, tables etc. I am also proposing some tools in the attached files). The targeted rate is 500 pieces/month. I am also expecting a video of two loops of the process. It is important it be done with Delmia V5. Do not hesitate to contact me for further details.
