Hi, when 1 website is infected in a shared host then all websites get infected by malware, The GoDaddy server is not a good server in my experience, GoDaddy server does not use a "jail system" for user accounts which means infection becomes from the server's root level, from other user infection spread over, So the best option clean the website in a separate server and after cleaning use a new server for security and to avoid future infection, inbox me for more discussion
