I'm seeking a designer to create a toile of a cocktail mini dress. Interpreting the style and features required will be essential to adding your own spin to the design. Shape - Sleek and understated design of the 'Little Black Dress' - To add a twist to the classic style, I decided to create a sleeveless dress and subvert the original length by reversing it to a mini, injecting a sense of playfulness and contemporary flair. Design - Apply the "Cultural Remix" approach to subverting the traditional little black dress (LBD). - To achieve this, I plan to infuse the garment with beading patterns inspired by Indigenous Australian art. This fusion of cultural influences aims to celebrate diversity and imbue the dress with a unique and meaningful aesthetic. Fabric - Recycled fabric The process needs to be clearly documented I'm looking forward to seeing your creative interpretations on this classic style.
