I run a startup company. I need an expert to help me understand the the architecture of the 4G/5G cell tower and the bandwidth and latency characteristics of these channels. We are looking to bond multiple channels to get bandwidth and reliability. Example questions we want answers to: How do we bond multiple channels with uncorrelated failure modes? How do we correctly measure latency, bandwidth, and loss of coverage? How do we tell whether we’re getting 3G/4G/5G? What happens during tower and tracking-area handoffs? What obstructions cause fluctuations or drops in bandwidth? We’re not power limited; does this help our problem? What UE categories can we get? I am looking for an expert who has architected the cellular communication system and have very deep end to end knowledge.
