100 Appointments for Free Workshop

In this Project I am looking for (an) Appointment Setter or Setters to set 100 Appointments for my Free Foreclosure (real estate investing) Workshops. An Appointment that you set is considered completed when the individual attends a 2 - 2.5 hour workshop. In your Bid you will need to outline : 1. your price for producing 100 completed appointments, 2. Your projected time line to have completed the setting of 100 Appointments, and 3. Very briefly state your qualifications to complete this project. For this project you will need to be able to: 1. Speak very good english 2. Make phone calls to the US during the peak hours for the US 3. May need access to the internet to find reference materials for prospective appointments. 4. Be able to email me and prospective appointments. THE DEGREE OF DIFFICULTY OF THIS MARKETING PROJECT: Much easier than other products you might market because: 1. It is a FREE event you are inviting people to. The people coming have nothing to loose and everything to gain: There are 60,000 foreclosures in LA county , we have cost effective workshops that show our guests how to do it ETHICALLY, and with little to none of their own money, but we let them come to a free workshop to see how effective our community is, and we teach them the basics of the top foreclosure strategies today before they have to make a decision on paying for education. 2. You can do calls to every US Time Zone. The Location of the workshop will be primarily in and around the Los Angeles Area, although if you are having really dead times in Los Angeles, I’ve got workshops in all the other time zones you can call. 3. There are many events your appointments can go to: we do 1-2 events per week for each city that we do workshops. In the case of Los Angeles we have 3 separate locations with about 5 workshops total per week to set appointments for. APPOINTMENT SETTING PROCESS: * Use your lead lists or ours (we can get very specific demographics). * Use your scripts, or ours (we have highly effective scripts as well). * Enter Appointment name/time into a web form (we do 4-6 workshops weekly) * When the appointment shows up, an email is automatically generated to appointment setter (allowing you to keep track for your records) * Payment per appointment can be sent bi weekly (or can be sent weekly or daily at first if you prefer. OPPORTUNITIES FOR EXPANSION: I can handle as many appointments as you can send me. After you satisfactorily complete your first project, you will be able to win a larger more long term contract with me. There are possibilities to lead/manage teams of appointment setters.
