Magento or Prestashop multi vendor site

I need a multi vendor feature on Magento or Prestashop. The good example of multi vendor fuction is x-cart pro or ixxo cart multi vendor but I need some more. Please visit two sites for checking demo. (IXXO CART: [login to view URL]) - All payment goes to the site owner and, it will be sent to vendors with statement monthly. - Vendors are located in different city, so they may have their own shipping method and rate. - Vendors should be able to import products via CSV file like admin. If I choose magento, you need to install some extensions.(I will pay for paid ones.) I WANT PROFESSIONAL WORK OF THE HIGHEST QUALITY ONLY BY RATED EXPERIENCED MAGENTO or Prestashop experts! You should have more than two years experience with more than 3 live sites. Important : Core files : No magento/Prestashop core modification for easy upgrade (use local directory for core modification). Languages: All components or modules should be translatable. Template : Optimize all the images to have fast loading. Copyright : Full copyright on template and shop will be transfered to shop owner. Communication : I need a daily report on your work progression (short email). Delay : I need the project to be finish in 20days. Payment : I will pay you with 2 escrow payment (30% and 70% at the end of the project).
