I tried googling your company but there are many companies with the same name. If I knew more info about your company it may help. Regardless since you are a construction company I could imagine a design with a hammer and some power tool inside a cog. Yellow, Orange and grey and black are all good colours for a construction company. I would be able to do the work you need in Illustrator. Let me know if your interested.
