Website content writing SEO friendly in English and German

Hi, I am about to start a business and the website is designed in parallel. My website is a service platform model in which users/clients can post an enquiry on the platform to find a suitable lawyer, tax advisor, business consultant, notary, auditor etc. and the professional (before registered and verified by us) will get notified that a possible lead has come up in his/her field of work and he/she can offer their services. The user/client is evaluating the professional's offer and its reputation etc. and decides to move on with the professional or not. This is the model in a nutshell. The website consists of about 35 pages of which max. 25 pages need content; not much, 3-4 paragraphs per page which is basically explaining the page as it can be seen and what the user or the professional can do on this page. There will be a link to a blog as well. (which also might need some paragraphs etc.). The website will be of 2 languages: English and German; German I can do after the English would have been done. I simply do not have a clue how to write an SEO friendly content and thus, I am asking you for your service. Furthermore, I would like to know if you have the capacities to do that (after reviewing the designed webpages, of course) and which information you need from me. Via the portal, clients can also contact qualified lawyers, tax consultants, management consultants and auditors registered on the portal directly. In general, it can be said that users are posting their enquiries which they want to be handled and tax firms, law firms, audit firms etc. are responding to the enquiries in order to get the assignment. I am dealing mostly with lawyers and tax consultants; thus, highly qualified professionals, uptight thinking and very strict. Clients/users do not need to waste time to find a network partner by asking multiple for help via emails or go to meetings. Simply, they register FOR FREE on my platform and post their enquiry which will be shown to registered and VERIFIED network partners offering their expertise on the platform.
