I need articles on various types of loan products: mortgage loans: bad credit mortgage loans, refinance, home equity, second mortgage, purchase, etc. payday loans: any aspect of payday loans debt consolidation loans: reasons to get a debt consolidation loan, how to get one, etc. I will be posting these on my website which promotes mortgage companies, so I need the articles to have overtones that will not discourage someone from wanting to apply for a loan. Please list in your bid what, if any experience you might have in finance, that will qualify you to write quality articles about these topics. I will be accepting more than one bid on this project. I will be needing many articles, so it could turn into a long term project. Article length needs to be about 350-400 words. Articles must not promote any specific mortgage company or service. Articles must not be copied from any other article, it must be original and exclusive. I will probably make changes to the article and put my name on it before I post it.
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables):
a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
